Conditions: Mild with sunny intervals after a rainy start – a day of two halves on the weather front! 
Top 3 on the day:
Brian O’Connor – 14lb 15oz (peg 37) – £38
John Eldred – 13lb (peg 30) – £22
Jack Glover – 10lb 2oz – £17
A great win for Brian O Connor, showing solid form on peg 37 and edging out John Eldred, who pushed hard right behind him. Jack Glover rounded out the top three with another consistent performance.
Despite the tricky start after the morning rain, conditions soon picked up and the bites started to come. A small turnout this time, but still a friendly and competitive match and day out the house!
The Golden Peg didn’t count this round due to numbers, so it remains at £300 and rolls over to the next match!
